Residents enjoy the indigenous gardens, well-kept parks, tennis courts, squash courts, pool and nature trail within the Estate and its servitude. The gazebo, braai and picnic area are available for private daytime gatherings, as are the parks for children’s parties. Neighbours get together often, and those in cul-de-sacs take the opportunity to have early evening family orientated street parties. Children safely ride their bikes in the streets due to our low speed limit and considerate drivers, and gather every afternoon in the parks to play. Each year the estate uses Halloween as an occasion for the children to dress up and play trick or treat at all the participating households.
